Hello, I'm Liz, a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 17 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy and sports recovery. Originally from Ohio, I made the move south to Georgia about 12 years ago. 

 

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with professional baseball players, college athletes, triathlete's, various high schools, young athletes and weekend warriors. These experiences have honed my ability to understand the importance of specific recovery and treatments made for each individual. 

 

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, working out; traveling, and still dabbling in some weekend warrior activities myself.  

 

I am excited about the opportunity to bring my skills and experience to BFD Performance and Recovery!
