Dopamine Rooms
Our Dopamine Rooms will house a multi-person sauna and cold plunge tubs and will be separated into Men's and Women's rooms along with separate changing rooms. Members will have the option of adding on a 24-hour access to the rooms at a small price with "Diamond" level and "Dopamine Fiend "memberships having FREE 24-hour access. There are many science-backed benefits to both sauna and cold plunge, with advantages to both daily and weekly use. Outside of building resilience and mental fortitude, the most notable benefits of these are improved cardiovascular health, increased mood, improved focus, improved insulin sensitivity, reduced inflammation, increased metabolism, decreased all-cause mortality, etc.

Normatec Compression
Get feeling rejuvenated and get your legs back underneath you with a 30 minute session in our compression therapy boots. Much like our Dopamine Rooms, Normatec therapy offers a large handful of benefits as well. Those benefits include increased blood flow, reduced inflammation, lymphatic drainage, reduced soreness, improves poor circulation and varicosities, etc. All customers will have access to this service but it will be offered to members at a reduced price.
